Spicy pepper infused cheese has been popping up in the supermarket.

Tried Pepper Jack, its okay.

Tried Ghost Pepper Jack, not great.

BUT just tried Tillamook Spicy Colby Jack and it is tasty and it is SPICY!

A semi-hard, American cheese made of Colby and Monterey Jack cheeses marbled together with chunks of red and green jalapeno peppers, chipotle peppers, and red scotch bonnet peppers!

This one caught by eye and then my taste buds (caught on fire)!

This cheese has an interesting layered texture that breaks apart – not as fun as string cheese, but the marbling is interesting.

Here I simply broke cheese slices by hand and topped some Crunchmaster Multi-Seed Ultimate Everything Crackers, served with some nuts, salami, and mustard.

Delicious.
